Deer Creek School Presents First Orchestra Concert in District History
"We are thrilled to bring the Deer Creek orchestra program to life for our students," said Deer Creek School District Superintendent Dr. Jason Perez. Deer Creek's Workforce Development Experience: Preparing Post-Secondary Students for Success
This year, Deer Creek proudly joins the Workforce Development Program—also known as Work Experience—as a new partner. This initiative provides paid internships for students looking to enhance their job skills, offering hands-on experience in real-world settings. The program is part of the Central Oklahoma Workforce Innovation Board (COWIB) and is supported by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Through this partnership, Deer Creek has welcomed three recent Antler graduates into new roles, allowing them to continue contributing to our district in a different capacity.

Deer Creek High School Named AP Honor Roll School
College Board announced that Deer Creek High School has been named to the 2024 Advanced Placement® Program (AP®) School Honor Roll, earning the bronze distinction.

On February 11, Deer Creek will elect the next Ward #5 school board member. Our candidates are Chris Adamson, Lisa Antonelli and Marie Sevin.
In our first video of this four-part series, you'll learn why they are running for office, their thoughts on cell phones during the school day and what they believe are the biggest issues in our district.
